The responsibility of a Class Leader

• Class Leaders will work closely with the members of their class to evaluate perforamce and give advice to help them improve during Valorous guild raids.
• When new applications are made to Valorous the class leader will critique the player and recommend whether or not they will be suitable for Valorous raiding.
• They will set a postive example for the guild and work closely with the officer council to evaluate the performance of the raiding team.
